Ridiyagama safari Park
රිදියගම සෆාරි උද්යානය යනු, ශ්රී ලංකාවේ හම්බන්තොට දිස්ත්රික්කයේ රිදියගම ප්රදේශයේ පිහිටි අක්කට 500ක සෆාරි උද්යානයකි. මෙම උද්යානය 2016 මයි මස 28 වන දින විවෘත කරන ලදී.
Ridiyagama Safari Park is 500 acre safari park, zoo in Ridiyagama area of Hambantota District, Sri Lanka. The park was opened to the public on 28 May 2016.
ආරම්භය
එය ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ප්රථම සෆාරි උද්යානයයි. 2008 දී සත්වෝද්යානය දෙපාර්තුමේන්තුව මගපෙන්වීම යටතේ මෙම උද්යානයේ ඉදිකිරීම් කටයුතු ආරම්භ කරන ලදී. සංචාරක අපේක්ෂාව සදහා ඉදිකරන ලද සෆාරි උද්යානය සහ ව්යාපෘතිය සදහා ඇස්තමේන්තුගත මුදල ශ්රී ලංකා රුපියල් බිලියන 1.6කි.
It is the first ever Safari Park in Sri Lanka. In 2008, construction work of park was started by the direction of The National Zoological Department of Sri Lanka. The safari park constructed for the expectation of tourism, and estimated cost for the project is 1.6 billion Sri Lankan rupees.
