Pilikuttuwa Raja maha viharaya - Yakkala
Pilikuttuwa Raja Maha Viharaya is located in the Gampaha district of the Western Province. This is known as a Buddist cave temple. It is approximately 3.8 km from the Miriswatta junction on the Gampaha-Waturugama road. According to legends associated with this temple, King Valagamba stayed at this historical place from time to time during his invasions from South India.
